Tic Tac Toe at The Paper Variety!!

This week's challenge over at the Paper Variety is Tic Tac Toe! I LOVE stitching so took the top row, STITCHING-MULTI PHOTO-JOURNALING STRIPS.. I made the rosette's out of red white and blue ribbon and also made a pinwheel...
